Founder & CEO

Shiva is a logistics strategy veteran with 15+ years of experience leading transformations at Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Having served as a trusted advisor to Ministries, Port Authorities, and Global 3PLs across the US, Middle East and South Asia, Shiva has seen firsthand how "black box" analytics fail operational teams. He founded Invariq to build what was missing: a system of record for KPI truth that connects the boardroom vision to the terminal floor.
